Source Map
We build a source graph before forming a view, separating direct evidence from commentary, marketing, and recycled consensus.
Private fund · Open-source intelligence · Public equities
We look for the good share before it becomes the obvious share: a private fund built around open-source intelligence, field research, and patient public-market underwriting.
Thesis
Shareposint studies open-source traces that traditional coverage can underweight: procurement records, hiring patterns, satellite-visible capacity, policy movement, code repositories, customer chatter, and management behavior.
The fund is designed for investors who want equity exposure guided by intelligence discipline rather than theme-chasing. We combine OSINT collection with security analysis, portfolio risk limits, and a bias toward situations where public consensus is stale or incomplete.
Process
We build a source graph before forming a view, separating direct evidence from commentary, marketing, and recycled consensus.
Signals are scored for freshness, provenance, repeatability, and conflict. Weak signals stay out of the investment memo.
Every candidate still passes through valuation, liquidity, accounting, management, and adverse-scenario review.
Positions are sized by confidence and drawdown tolerance, not by story quality. Exits are pre-defined before entry.
Private Access
Shareposint does not offer open account creation. Existing investors and approved diligence contacts receive portal credentials from investor relations after verification.
